Important about returns:

- Please contact us over info@hwmartstudio or WhatsApp before returning any items. After the approve, we will let you know how to refund the products. 
-Returns must be made no later than 14 days from the time of receiving the products.
-Returned goods should be in original condition in original, undamaged packaging and protected in a box.
-The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer.
-Always quote your order number on all correspondence.
When return goods are received meet above criteria, we will refund the amount to the method you paid.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above criteria.  
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items is defective, damaged or wrong item, so that we could solve the problem properly.
